Customers retrieving documents from our web site now have the option of having those documents e-mailed to them as a .pdf attachment instead of only having a fax option. Just fill in the 'e-mail' box with your e-mail address instead of putting in a fax number. Simple. You should have your documents in just a few minutes. And, if there is a record of your move, but the documents aren't in yet, you can put in a request and they will be sent as soon as they are turned in and scanned. Automatic.

OLDER NEWS:In keeping with the Galaxy tradition of being a technological leader, we are making shipment document images available to our customers via the Web. If you would like to be able to use this service, please E-mail mitch@galaxytransport.com to request a login and password. Or, give us a call at 800-323-6524 and ask for Mitch. Documents that are available include Prenotes, Delivery Tickets, Bills of Lading, Scale Tickets, and Miscellaneous Documents. Pretty exciting, huh? Plus, we now have public tracing available on-line. From our home page (or right here), just click the public tracing link and enter up to 10 trailer/container numbers to trace. These records are currently being updated every 15 minutes, 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week.
